  • Hue offers consulting services for organisation wide culture audits. Often management have a perceived idea about culture and how staff feel about working at an organisation. Our culture audits provide a strong and meaningful review into the culture of an organisation that provides real insights from stakeholders and staff experiences. 

  • Revitalise your human resources policies and procedures while fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

    Conventional human resource practices often perpetuate structures of inequality and marginalization, making it challenging to effectively attract, recruit, and retain individuals with diverse life experiences. Addressing racial biases within the recruitment process is a pressing concern, and we are dedicated to assisting you in not only evaluating your existing policies and processes but also guiding the implementation of innovative approaches.

Mediation

While Hue does not currently offer mediation, we recommend the services of Violet Co.

Violet Co is a legal and consulting service that is Aboriginal and women-led. Violet Co partners with organisations and complainants to work through instances of sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, and other gender or race-based issues. Violet Co takes a structural and systemic lens to their work and aim to find resolutions that are transformative and account for harm.
