July Open Workshop Allyship
As a follow up to our 101: Understanding Race & Racism training, this workshop converts your newly developed understanding of race and racism into practical skills that can be applied to your specific workplace setting or context. This workshop uses a combination of group work, role play, and personal reflection to develop capacity for allyship, accountability and empowered change. We also have a version of this workshop that approaches allyship through a more intersectional lens, for organisations that have been working on inclusivity beyond racial justice. The training is most affective when there is participation from all levels of your organisation
June Open Workshop 101: Understanding Race and Racism
This workshop is an introductory workshop that develops literacy, empathy, understanding of race related issues and identities, and improves safety and support for people of colour in your organisation, movement or place of work. It is appropriate for a range of knowledge levels and experiences, and creates a safe environment for real conversations about race and racism.

Women of Colour: Power, Resilience & Community Organising
Connect with other women of colour and build powerful community organising skills.
People of colour and First Nations people all have unique experiences and relationships to oppressive systems. Whilst this session is titled "Women of colour", this workshop is open to all individuals who are affected by misogyny and transmisogyny (TMA). This workshop is designed to carve out space to reflect on the internalised racism we may hold, consider our own needs, boundaries and responses to racism when we experience it, and empower us to harness our power in the fight for racial justice.
The second part of the workshop is all about Community Organising. Building on the knowledge and skills of the morning session we will use that learning to look at how to strategically organise our communities, build relationships and create connections with people to create the changes we want to see in our communities. In this session you'll learn how to have relational conversations, create strategic goals, how to map the community and pick strong tactics for creating change.
