Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Survey License + Support Package

This license provides your organisation 12 month access to Hue’s demographics data survey tool. This survey is designed for organisations to use as a starting point to assess staff experiences and your organisations position in working towards justice, equity, diversity & inclusion.

This Survey template can be adapted based on your specific organisational context, and can provide high level data for establishing quotas, policies, action plans and more.

The Support Package includes: Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion survey questions with 12 month licence for internal purposes, template for internal communications for the survey distribution, 1 hour support session with a consultant to support and guide with edits and implementation, 1 round of survey edits, survey set up on Survey Monkey for external anonymous collection and collation of data, survey responses provided with Individual response (format: excel) & summary data (format: PDF)
